Discussion on “Made in China”

You might not have thought so, but I have been doing something for the last month. I’ve been having an earache. But I’ve also been writing about my own blog.

Not long after my “Made in China” blog, a certain Mr. Andrew Stine emailed me a short comment. I responded, and he had the good grace to write a long and quite detailed reply. We’ve been going back and forth for a bit now, and Mr. Stine has had the good idea to post our musings on our respective blogs for your gracious perusal. I imagine we’re not quite through yet, so there may even be more to come. To read our discussion, or join in, you can go down and click the title “Made in China,” which will take you to the “official” page for that blog, with all the comments. Or, if scrolling is too wearisome, you can edge your mouse here.

But before you go, a merry St. Patrick’s day to you. Here’s a wee present for you, a gent reading the Confessions of St. Patrick. This link is for a podcast that’s only part 1 of 4; to hear the rest of the book, scroll down for Episodes 2, 3, and 4. You can also, if you look hard enough, find a “Link,” thus labeled, to download the file and listen to it with whatever you want, rather than having to use the blasted player on the page.

I have also fixed my site so that real live human beings can now click “Login” and then “Register” and then be able to post comments. Sadly, I still have to moderate the comments, otherwise this site would quickly drown in spam. But I’ll be pleased and grateful for any thoughts you have to offer, as long as they aren’t links to online casinos or pharmacies. I’m starting my own, and don’t want competition.
